- Study Finds that Instagram Photos with Faces Get More Likes and Comments: A joint study by Georgia Tech and Yahoo Labs looking at 1.1 million Instagram photos found that images with human faces receive 38% more likes. The same study also found that photos showing human faces were 32% more likely to receive comments.
- New Twitter Tool Lets You Go Back in Time to Your First Tweet: To mark it’s eighth anniversary, Twitter has released a fun tool that’s let you travel back in time to your first tweet or that of any other public account.
- Twitter Letting Users Know How Many People Read their Tweets: Yes, you read that right – it may now become possible to know how many people have read your tweets. The feature has been noticed by a select number of users on the Twitter app for iPhone. The question now remains if this will become a permanent feature and if so, when it will become available to all users.
